Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DataStealth concerning your access to and use of this Site. We are registered in Ontario, Canada, with our registered office at 5995 Avebury Road, 6th floor, Mississauga, ON, L5R 3P9. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. The Site is not tailored to industry-specific regulations (PIPEDA, PHIPA, Quebec’s private-sector privacy act). If your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use this Site.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site (all source code, databases, software, designs, text, and graphics ("Content"), and all trademarks and logos ("Marks")) is owned or controlled by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for personal, non-commercial use only; no part may be copied, republished, or exploited commercially without our express written permission.
User Representations
By using the Site you represent that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, are not a minor in your jurisdiction, will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, and will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Fees and Payment
You agree to provide current, accurate billing information for any purchases made via the Site and to promptly update that information. We bill through an online billing account; prices may change at any time, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse any order.
Cancellation

Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Site outside its intended purpose, including systematically scraping content, circumventing security features, uploading malicious code, impersonating others, reverse-engineering the Site’s software, or using the Site for any competing or revenue-generating venture.
User Contributions & Submissions
The Site does not currently offer user-submitted content. Any feedback or submissions you do provide become our sole property, non-confidential, and usable by us for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgment.
Term, Termination & Modifications
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may deny access to any person for any reason without notice, and may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without liability for resulting loss or inconvenience.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes are first subject to 30 days of informal negotiation, then binding arbitration under the Arbitrations Act (Ontario) via ADR Chambers in Toronto, except disputes over intellectual property, privacy violations, or claims for injunctive relief, which may proceed in the courts of Ontario.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
